Strategic Planning Retreats
Harvestime has developed an intensive on-site training course that addresses specific ministries needs for growing or emerging churches. After training, your church will leave with a plan for your future, architectural design drawings to help communicate your vision, and access to the resources to help you achieve your dreams.

Course Outline:

Day 1: Developing the Step-by- Step process required to complete you new facility. (Needs analysis for your project, dateline through your move-in celebration)
Day 2: Strategic Ministry Planning (SMP). Working with our Strategic Planner, you will clarify you purpose, vision, mission and core values while creating strategies and action plans to achieve your goals and objectives.
Day 3: A day for team building: Get out and enjoy the beauty of Colorado: bike, fish, golf, hike, raft, ski, etc.
Day 4: Develop communication tools to illustrate your vision. Master site plans, floor plans and exterior elevations will be created for your project by our in-house architectural team.
Day 5: Training on how to conduct a successful capital fund raising campaign in-house, without the cost of expensive outside consultants. In addition, realistic finance options will be explored for financing your project.
