When it comes to helping our ministry partners with the acquisition of land and the development of new facilities, our strategy is very simple.

First, we want to peek into the heart of the Senior Pastor and learn about his passion for ministry. Why is he committing this portion of his life to this church? What is he most excited about? What challenges does he face? What does he see God doing in the church and in the community it serves? What potential does he feel exists for the church and what is keeping the church from the fulfillment of that potential?

When we find a Pastor that is passionate about reaching the lost and building Christ like disciples, we become passionate about helping him. Our goal is to eliminate growth barriers and help Pastors to fully realize their dreams. Pastors and congregations who try to go it alone and work with local firms who lack experience and are not called by God to this ministry, rarely achieve their full potential.
